Refund Policy
(1) Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
> If your order is successfully cancelled before we start processing it, a full refund will be issued.
> Refunds will be credited back to the saved UPI Id. So Update your profile.
> The refund process may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

(2) Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items:
> We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
> Provide relevant details and photographic evidence of the issue for our review.
> Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or a refund for the defective or damaged item.

(3) Refunds for Customized Items:
> Customized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold to other customers.
> Therefore, refunds for customized items can only be provided in the following situations:
a) If there is a defect or damage to the customized item. b) If there is an error in the customization that was caused by our team.
> Please ensure that all customization details are accurate before placing the order to avoid any issues.

Refunds and UPI Payments:
> In the case of a refund for an eligible order, we will process the refund to the UPI ID used for the initial payment.
> It is important to provide accurate UPI ID details to ensure a smooth refund process.
> We are unable to process refunds to a different UPI ID.

Please note that our refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges in cases where the policy has been violated or abused.
